Vintage books on horse racing,"Racing in America" this volume of Racing in America 1866 to 1921 was written by W S Vosburgh and privately printed,"The Jockey Club New York" C1922. This book was printed at the Scribner Press. Excellent condition. 239 pages Filled with wonderful engravings of celebrated race horses that have won the Kentucky Derby and other horse races. This book measures 13 inches by 10 inches. Beautiful hand made paper.

"The Art of Race Riding" Eddie Arcaro. This book by Eddie Arcaro is # 161 from a limited edition of 500. It is signed by Eddie Arcaro and was published in 1957 by the Wright Lithographing Company Inc. New York. The title says The Art of Race Riding by Eddie Arcaro with Whitney Tower and a portfolio of drawings by Robert Riger. It is in pristine condition. Loaded with wonderful lithographs by Robert Riger.There are 10 plates. The titles are #1 Eddie Arcaro #2 The Masters Hands #3 Post Parade #4 To The Post #5 Pre Race Gallop on The Back Stretch #6 Position OF The Lead Horse #7 Tight Spot At The Quarter Pole #8 Heading For Home #9 The Hand Ride #10 The Finish. Each lithograph could be framed and is marked bottom left Original Lithograph by Robert Riger from the Sports Illustrated Collection. The book measures 16 and one half inches high by 12 and one quarter inches wide.

"Smith and Wesson" gun company anniversary sterling silver belt buckle. This sterling silver belt buckle was cast for the 125 year anniversary of Smith and Wesson gun and firearm company with the most fantastic fine detail. The top of its original custom made black walnut case ( which measures 5 and one half inches wide by 4 inches deep by 1 and one half inches high) is lithographed Smith & Wesson 1852 to 1977 125 years. The buckle is a heavy weight and measures 3 and one quarter inches wide by 2 and one half inches high and 1/8 inch thick! The back is stamped c 1977 Smith and Wesson serial number 0536 sterling. This sterling silver buckle is in mint, never worn condition. Rare, What a gift or present this would make!
